Now let’s talk about the reason for my resignation, which every one of you wants to know
I will discuss it in 2 points
Let’s suppose, someone acts on you revengefully
Then how will you respond in that scenario
Most people just ignore it and tries to find some other way around
But I thought that I am in a state of taking an action
Or I could move a step up
Because I have a family of 3 lakh students, whom I have guided throughout their journey
If any subscriber of mine would have faced the same situation, he would have blamed me for that
But I took an action against it and discussed with the concerned authorities
They took some actions.
I don’t want to discuss whether I was convinced or not
2nd reason is, my HR approached me and asked me to join a normal catchup meeting
When I joined it, I saw there was a legal team sitting out there
They asked me many questions such as
Whether I run any parallel business, to which I respond “No”
The next question was about my side income sources
and I told them that I earn some money through Youtube
Question – When did you start Youtube? How many videos you have uploaded?
Question – How many videos were uploaded after you joined Amazon?
Question – How much money you have earned through Adsense or sponsorship?
Question – Who are your sponsors?
They asked me everything and I answered their all questions
I didn’t hide anything because I was not doing anything wrong
My whole team including the manager and the manager’s manager was aware of the fact that I run a Youtube channel
Youtube is something, which I am doing since 2016
I was doing Youtube even before joining Amazon
Even this domain was not existing at the time when I started Youtube

All those Youtubers from Amazon were not even existing when I started Youtube
There I felt that this scenario could let them impose a condition on me “Youtube or Job”
So I thought of resigning before they could take some action like this
So I said them that if they feel that it is against policies, then I am ready to resign
They said that there is no need of doing something like this right now.
Leadership will look into this matter and then decide what to do
But I told them that I have made up my mind to resign
HR was very kind. He said to me that don’t take this decision because of this meeting.
But I told them on the spot that I am resigning
And I resigned
Then I uploaded a post, where I told that I will not be able to upload the video for the next 30 days
Because I was not allowed by the legal team of Amazon to upload any video till the last working day of mine
As soon as this news came to the public, all those chance-seekers started spreading the wrong information
Some said that I was not promoted, and that’s why I resigned
Few said that I was exempted
Some said that was why they stopped me only. Many others are also doing Youtube.
I also asked the same question to the legal team
They said, your’s and Anuj’s case is over, 3-4 more Youtubers are under review
It takes 30 days to complete a review
Action will be taken against everyone once your 30 days get over
I said that the action taken should be uniform for everyone
I conveyed all the information to you people
Many people also said that I made a roadmap for CP without doing CP
If you watch the video carefully, a boy named Vishal Bhavani has shared the roadmap there, he himself is a candidate master at Codeforces
Some said that I make roadmaps only
There is a total of 170+ videos on my channel. Out of them, only 12 videos are of roadmaps and the last roadmap video was made 4 months ago
They are able to see only roadmap videos which are less than 10% in the number
You can see how people target others
They started defaming me before I could upload any video
I am back. Do whatever You want
One of my friends had said that only our mother and father truly loves us
I didn’t understand it earlier, but I have realized this thing in the last 30 days and found it to be true
