We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Response Timeframes
Under the DPDP, we are required to respond to your requests within 30 days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we will notify you with reasons for the delay.
No Discrimination Policy
We will not deny you access to our content, charge you fees, or provide you with inferior service because you exercised your rights under the DPDP.
